Homemade Red Curry Paste Recipe
Homemade Red Curry Paste Recipe:
*Highly recommend to use Twister Jar
*Make 10 tablespoons for 10 severings (can be kept in freezer for at least 1 month)
Tablespoon = tbsp
Teaspoon = tsp
Dry Ingredients:
- 18g or 6tsp White Pepper Powder
- 1tsp Cumin Powder
- 5g or 2tbsp Coriander Seed
- 1tsp Shrimp Paste
- 1tsp Salt
Herbs&Chilies:
- 30g Dried Red Chilies and soak in hot water for 30mins, then drain out liquid
- 30ea or 160g Peeled Garlic
- 12ea or 75g Peeled Shallots
- 8ea or 20g Fresh Coriander Roots
- 2pcs Kaffir Lime Leaves w/o stalk #kaffirlime
- 2tbsp or 40g Galangal
- 4 stalks or 18g Lemongrass (inner tender flesh only) - chopped fresh or frozen both great

*Highly recommend Twister Jar or you will have hard time blending all ingredients at once

2. Herbs&Chilies in Jar
3. Press blend till paste form
4. Done
